Accessing Your StaffingCall Self Service - Group Manager

StaffingCall can be accessed in one of two ways:

1. Any desktop or laptop computer with internet access can login to the service via this address:

www.staffingcallapp.com

2. Any mobile device or tablet with internet access can login to the service via the mobile application.
The mobile application may be downloaded for free on Google Play, or The Apple App Store

IMPORTANT NOTE: When building the system as the group manager, we highly recommend using a computer in order to appropriately see the entire screen during setup so that the process remains clear and simple. It would be a headache panning around on a mobile device to do this appropriately.

Additionally, when sending a staffing requests via mobile devices or tablets, use the app version of StaffingCall vs the web version on that specific device to ensure appropriate visualization of the apps processes. The web address version is designed to be used with a computer at a workstation.

All users will receive a prompt via email to create their user ID and Password the moment they are created in the system. In some situations there may be a delay in users accessing their activation email, therefore the initial setup process of adding users can also be done with these simple steps:

  • When creating new users yourself as the manager,  inclusive of their logins that will be sent to them through your choice of communication, enter YOUR personal email of the group manager/super admin (person creating the user in-place of the new user's actual email) in order to receive the ID and Password activation email.       
  • Go to that email (YOURS) and create the user ID and password on behalf of the staff member using an easy to remember standard pattern that is case sensitive. Example: Username: MiMouse Password: MickeyM123
  • Once the system prompt states "user created successfully", the Group Manager/Super Admin will see the "new user" details on the page of "Users" on your desktop "Users" screen. 
  • Next, proceed to edit the user's details (pencil icon far right), change their email address from YOURS back to THEIRS thus freeing up YOUR original email to enable yourself, or the group manager/super admin to create another user. 
  • This is the work-around to ensure user creation emails don't expire which tends to happen as a result of people not checking their email. Performing this step for them, or having a data-entry person such as us do it for you will expedite everything. 
  • In future iterations, we will change this process and simplify it.
The reminder of these modules will guide you through the step-by-step process of building your entire group of users. These self-service modules have be organised in a simple to follow, systematic approach so that any person can easily build the service with minimal to no assistance.
